RETURN POLICY

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?

- If you are unhappy with your purchase or wish to return your item, please contact us here: tothesea.baby@hotmail.com.
- Returned item must not be worn, broken or damaged. If the reason for the return is not for a defect, the shipping costs as well as the taxes will be assumed by the customer.
- We will issue refunds for the item once the item has been received. The refund will be made on the original method of payment within 48 hours of receipt of the item.

HOW DO RETURNS WORK?

  1. Email us: tothesea.baby@hotmail.com
  2. Mention your order number, exchange item and size.
  3. Put a piece of paper with your name, address and order number (to speed up the return)
  4. Send the box to 1325 rue Laurent-Perreault, Chambly, J3L 5N8 and send us the tracking number.
  5. Upon receipt of the package, we will make the refund to your payment method used during the purchase. The refund may take up to 7 days to appear in your account depending on your banking institution.

MANUFACTURING DEFECT

PLEASE NOTIFY US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ITEM.

Unfortunately, manufacturing defects are inevitable from time to time. We guarantee the quality of our products; if you find any defect in stitching, fabric or workmanship, please contact us.

  2. Send us a photo of the defect, your order number and your name. We will respond within 1-5 business days.


All defects are treated differently, do not hesitate to contact us, the satisfaction of our customers is our priority.

WHERE OUR PRODUCTS COME FROM AND WHERE ARE THEY FINDED

The entire creation and design process is done in Quebec, as well as the shipping and marketing process. Our products are also screen printed and embroidered right here in Longueuil.

Our products come from China, ethically, in certified factories. The quality of our products is at the heart of our business, so we carry out checks throughout production.

Our 100% merino wool tuques are hand knitted (with lots of love) in Boucherville by Jocelyne

Currently, our products are available at Boutique Maison Allumette at 25 rue de la Perrière N, Boucherville.
